1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fortiq Funded platform ("Platform"), registering an account, or purchasing a trading challenge, you ("Trader", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fortiq Prop Digital ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

Fortiq Funded is a simulated proprietary trading evaluation platform. All trading accounts provided through the Platform operate in a simulated environment using demo capital. No real funds are traded on behalf of users.

Performance-based rewards paid to successful traders are discretionary payments made by the Company based on simulated trading results, and do not represent returns on investment of real capital.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in such programmes is prohibited
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not have had a previous account terminated for fraudulent activity

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each account is strictly personal and may only be used by the registered account holder. You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

5. The Challenge and Evaluation Process

Fortiq Funded operates a two-stage trading evaluation programme. To participate, you must purchase a challenge by paying the $50 challenge fee in USDT (TRC20 network) or USDC (BEP20 network).

Stage 1 — The Challenge:

Upon payment confirmation, you will receive a simulated $5,000 challenge account. To pass Stage 1 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Challenge fee: $50 USDT (TRC20) or $50 USDC (BEP20) — minimum $48 USDT or $49 USDC received
• Challenge account size: $5,000 USDT (simulated)
• Profit target: 8% of account balance ($400)
• Maximum daily loss limit: 5% of account balance ($250)
• Maximum total drawdown: 8% of account balance ($400)
• Minimum active trading days: 5 calendar days
• Leverage: 1x to 5x
• No maximum time limit

Stage 2 — The Funded Account:

Upon passing Stage 1, you will automatically receive access to a simulated funded account of $5,000 USDT under the following conditions:

• No profit target — trade freely and take profits at any time
• Maximum daily loss limit: 5% ($250)
• Maximum total drawdown: 8% ($400)
• Maximum total profit on a single funded account: $5,000
• Leverage: 1x to 5x

6. Trading Rules

• Only manual trading is permitted
• Cross-asset positions are permitted
• Hedging on the same asset is strictly prohibited
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited
• News trading is permitted
• Weekend holding is permitted
• Maximum leverage is 5x

Violation of any trading rule may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Funded Accounts and Payouts

Traders may request a payout at any time during Stage 2, provided all of the following conditions are met:

• The account is a valid, active funded account in good standing
• All open positions are closed prior to requesting a payout
• The account has a positive profit balance
• No trading rule violations have occurred
• A valid payout wallet address has been provided
• No fraud or risk flags are present on the account

Traders keep 100% of all profits. The maximum total profit on a single funded account is $5,000. Payouts are processed every Saturday in USDT (TRC20) or USDC (BEP20). Once a payout is processed, the funded account is closed. You may purchase a new $50 challenge to continue trading.

8. Referral Programme

Fortiq Funded operates a referral programme that allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new traders to the Platform.

• Each registered user is assigned a unique referral code visible in their dashboard
• A referral commission of $25 is earned when a referred user signs up using your referral code and successfully purchases a challenge
• Commissions are paid every Saturday in the same network (TRC20 or BEP20) used for your own challenge payment
• You must have a valid payout wallet address set in your dashboard to receive commission payments
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited — you may not use your own referral code
• Commissions are only paid on verified, confirmed challenge purchases
• The Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions where fraudulent referral activity is detected

9. Payments and Refunds

All payments are made in USDT (TRC20) or USDC (BEP20). By making a payment, you acknowledge that:

• All payments are final and non-refundable
• Crypto transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain
• The $50 challenge fee requires a minimum of $48 USDT (TRC20) or $49 USDC (BEP20) received to activate your challenge
• You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct wallet address on the correct network
• The Company is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform
• Using automated trading bots, scripts, or algorithmic systems
• Coordinating trades with other accounts to manipulate results
• Sharing or selling your account credentials
• Fraudulent referral activity including self-referrals or coordinated fake signups
• Any form of market manipulation or exploitative trading strategy
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In the event of termination for cause, no refunds will be issued and any pending payouts or commissions may be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fortiq Prop Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent challenge.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
